HOW TO ENTER
THE FRESH PR AWARDS ARE NOW CLOSED
- Firstly, please register on the website in order to enter online.
- Following registration you will receive an email with both a password and log in details which is unique to you
- You will also be able to log in and amend any entries and save your work as you go along so that you can come back and complete it later
- Have a look at the categories and decide which are the most suitable, making a note of the criteria detailed within description
- Where possible use the following sub headings -
• Introduction & Objectives
• Strategy, Planning & Research
• Action & Implementation
• Evaluation & Results
• Summary
- Please also include a brief outline of the budget for this campaign. Please note that this information will be treated confidentially and is only relevant for the judges.
- Type up a 750-900 word (approx) summary on a plain word document (11 pt Arial, 1.5 line spaced please) using the sub headings and remembering to include as much information as you can especially about evaluation and results
- Please note the word count is approximate but do try not to exceed 1000 words
- Remember that Fresh places particular emphasis on creativity and innovation in communication in its awards
- Please save your document with the following title (for categories 1-16)
- Your Company Name - Category Name (i.e. Fresh Awards Ltd – Not for Profit, you can omit the word Freshest)
- If you are entering more than one submission in any particular category please title accordingly and numerically i.e. Fresh Awards Ltd – Not for Profit 1, Fresh Awards Ltd – Not for Profit 2
- Once you have completed your document and readied any support material (photographs, cuttings, promotional items etc) please log back into the site and click through to Enter Online. It is advisable to put all of the supporting information into one zip file to make the upload process easier.
- As you go through the online entry process you will be asked to upload this document and then any supporting material to accompany it. You do not need to re-title any of your support material and you can upload as much as you like (within reason!)
- Please note that the title of the entry you input when prompted will be the title that appears on the award and once you have input this title you will not be able to change it.
- Once you have completed the upload process you will be asked if you have any more entries to submit or if you would like to save your submission and complete it later.
- You are advised to compress all of your cuttings into one folder to upload as support but you do have the opportunity to submit any disks containing radio or tv support to Fresh after the closing date. Please ensure that you clearly mark these with the appropriate reference number. This can be done by post but we do invite any cuttings - disks only please.
Only when you have finished uploading all of your entries do you have the option to move to the payment and completion page
- Entry fee is £75.00 plus VAT.
- Complete one entry payment form for all entries, either using the page included within this entry form, or download an A4 copy from the website. Online payment is encouraged but please contact paula@freshawards.co.uk for alternative options or if you are a Public Sector organisation.
- You will be sent a confirmation email detailing your entries and a full vat receipt if you have paid online and this email will include a reference number for each entry.
- Please note that once payment is made you will not be able to amend any entries or delete them so do ensure you are happy with your submissions before completing payment.
- And that is it. Sounds complicated but it really is a relatively simple process.
